Our fees are fully transparent and when we do have to make a few extra charges, we only ask you to cover them at cost.  We’ve scoured the market to keep these as low as possible without compromising quality. We don’t believe in charging tenants for any legal paperwork (tenancy agreements) because we know how expensive setting up a new home is.  We fully support the government’s desire to make all charges fair and appropriate.

And finally, we are always at the end of the phone and promise only to bother when you’d like us to.  We can just find you a tenant for a one off fixed fee, find the tenant and process the rent for a little more, to fully managing your property. You decide how much involvement you want and we do the rest.
