We offer two simple sales packages, standard or enhanced. You can see the differences in the fee table below. This way, you can see exactly what we will charge you, with no nasty surprises. Don’t forget, all our costs are no sale no fee, so you only pay when your property sells.

Our property images are always of a very high standard, take a look at our available properties to see for yourself. We advertise on all the major property portals as well as on our website and across our social media platforms.

Although a viewing package is always recommended, we give you the option to choose what works best for you.

Tenant

When you rent a property, it is subject to satisfactory references and subject to contract (that means subject to signing and executing a legally binding tenancy agreement between you and the landlord). You will be required to pay an upfront rental payment (usually one month) and a deposit (usually equivalent to 6 weeks rental). All other associated costs are charged to you at cost- that means that we charge you the same amount that it costs us so there are no mark ups. We are fully transparent so that you know what you are committing to before you make an offer and enter a new tenancy.

We fully support the government’s desire to make charges fair and appropriate (within this sector).
